The new school year is off to a great start! We were fortunate to received funding from NIGMS for an R35 Maximizing Investigators Research Award for the next five years. Thanks NIH!
Next exciting news is that we were joined by a new postdoc, Dr. Brian Kinney, coming from Cold Spring Harbor Labs. Brian is an expert on the temporal regulation of development, and we are excited to see what he learns about the timing of gonad development.
Finally, we welcome new QBio student Ryan Merritt (a returning UNC Honors undergrad in the lab) and rotation student Karla Troncoso (BBSP)! We're happy you're here!
