This spring we are fortunate to be joined by Dr. Tao Ke, Ph.D., as a postdoc to the lab. Tao is an experienced C. elegans biologist with interests that are highly relevant to our lab's work on cell signaling and environmental stress. Welcome Tao!

The Gordon Lab has been busy this spring! The three graduate students all defended their dissertations and were hooded, we welcomed a new postdoc and several undergraduates to the lab, an imaging specialist joined us for the spring, and then conferences started. With all that going on, I was remiss in my updates and will be playing catchup. Stay tuned for the latest on what everyone is up to!

Fred's study of nutritional regulation of germline growth via niche signaling in dauer was published this week in Development! https://doi.org/10.1242/dev.204972 Camille's work on brood size in dauer recovery was integral to the paper, and we also thank Brian for his help with data collection.
