It's been a busy year getting back to work in person in the lab! We are grateful to have stayed safe and healthy, and to get to learn together again.
Since my last update, we recruited, had a great time working with, and said goodbye to a phenomenal SPIRE postdoctoral fellow, Dr. Kayt Scott. Dr. Scott has moved on to a position in industry, and we wish her and her family all the best.
We also send good wishes to our graduating undergraduates India Washington, Jay Proctor, and Ryan Merritt. They are all bound for great things, and Ryan will be returning to the lab this fall as an incoming graduate student in the QBio program.
Finally, we have a preprint up on bioRxiv (coauthored by Xin, Noor, Camille, India, Bintou, and Kacy) that we hope to see published before too long.
